Christina Winsett: Christina is always a hard worker and never complains.  She always turns assignments in on time and is helpful when needed.  Thank you for being so great!  I appreciate your attitude and willingness to work hard in money skills! -Mrs. Edwards

 

Karah Braboy: Karah does an awesome job of balancing a busy life, but stays dedicated.  She is one of the only 9th graders in all of West Kentucky to make the Symphonic Band of All-District.  Her respect, smile, and great attitude make teaching her a blessing. -Mr. Page/Band

 

Kayla Badgett: Kayla is such a great student going above and beyond what is expected of her.  I’m so glad that she is my student! -Mrs. Pacheco/Spanish 4 AP

 

Jack Sloan: Jack is a fantastic young man.  He always has a smile on his face and keeps class a joy.  He has been a great help in class with the new students. He always has work completed and wants to do better. Ask great questions.  Wish I had a class full of “Jack Sprats!” -Ms. Thomis/Algebra 1

 

Breanna Kofron: Thank you for all of your help with dance.  You are wonderful! -Sara Hedges

 

Cody Mills: Cody is such a great addition to our AP Bio class.  He is a team player and adds the humor needed to make our classroom dynamic.  Cody has come so far since the beginning of the year and now always has one of the higher test/quiz scores.  I hope for his continual success the rest of the year. Keep it up, buddy. You rock. -Ms. Knight/AP Biology

 

Perry Janssen: Perry is an excellent student to have in class.  He gives extremely well-planned, informative, and entertaining speeches.  He always has something to add to discussion, and I can always count on him to do as I ask.  He is an ideal speech student, and very deserving of this award. -Mr. West/Speech

 

Katie Grantham: You have done excellent this nine weeks in HBS.  You are really focused and your work is far above average.  Keep us the great work and continue to strive for the best. =) -Willoughby/HBS

 

Breanna Glover: I gladly recognize Breanna Glover as Student of the Month for January 2012.  Breanna is an excellent student who always has a smile on her face.  She is always prepared for class and is very conscientious of her work.  Breanna is a joy to have in class. -Mr. Morehead/Integrated Science

 

Brooke Meadows:  Brooke is a very bright student and a pleasure to teach.  She is prepared to learn each day and always puts in 100% effort.  She made a 100% on her last chemistry test.  This high level of achievement is standard in everything she does.  Keep up the great work! -Mr. Rathgeber/Honors Chemistry

 

Melody Vandiver: Melody has done a great job in class this year! She is hard working and really seems to care about her success.  She does great on the president quizzes and I know I can always county on her to give her opinion on a subject!  Keep up the great work! -Mr. Thomis/US History

 

Emily Olmeda: Emily works to the best of her ability always with a great work ethic.  She is mannerly, polite, dependable, responsible, punctual, and has great attendance.  -Mrs. Benton/Computer Application

 

Amy Rudd:  Amy does a great job as my library aide.  The bulletin board she helped create was one of the best I’ve ever had!  I really appreciate her! Thanks, Amy! -Ms. Kirk/Library

 

Cynthia Turner:  Cynthia has been an active participant in Key Club since we began meeting.  She has helped with many projects as well as help raise funds, generate ideas, and encourage others to get involved by helping our community.  She is always pleasant to work with during our meetings.  I’ve really enjoyed getting to know her this year. -Mrs. Ramage/Key Club

 

Leah Durbin: Leah is doing great in Algebra 2.  She is a hard worker and has a great attitude.  Keep up the great work! -Mrs. McKenzie/Algebra 2 

 

Kaylee McCollum: Kaylee does an awesome job in my class.  She always goes above and beyond the call of duty on any task she is given.  I appreciate her efforts and contribution. -Mr. Hicks/World Civ.
