Announcements for the Week of April 23-27

  • The Paducah Police Department will be holding an Open House for students interested in a law enforcement careeer on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the police department, at 1400 Broadway. In addition to representatives from the Paducah Police Department, there will be representatives from several colleges present to distribute information on criminal justice related degree opportunities.
  • Representatives form WKCTC will be here Tuesday, May 1 to meet with students that need to sign up for summer or fall classes. A sign up sheet is available in the office to make an appointment for a one-on-one meeting. Students who plan to take online courses in the fall should also plan to meet with a representative.
  • Color Guard Tryouts-Auditions for the 2012 Mustang Marching Band Color Guard will be Monday and Tuesday in the band room from 3:00-5:00. For more information, see Mr. Page.
  • RHS Art Show/Reception will be Monday-April 23rd at 4:00 p.m. at the McCracken County Public Library.
  • McCracken County High School site visit for RHS/TMS will be Tuesday. Bus departure time will be 3:00. 
  • The McCracken County Dance Company is selling Scentsy. If you'd like to make a purchase, please see Mrs. Hedges. The orders and money are due by  Friday, April 27th.
  • Macbook collection will be May 10th and 11th. Students-remove all stickers and other personalization before that date. Any information left on the computer hard drive will be erased. You are responsible for saving your own information. DVD's are available in the library for $1.00.
  • Club meetings this week are Friday, April 27th at 8:30 and include Game Club, Student Council, Key Club and Sister to Sister. 
  • Congratulations to Karah Braboy, Sidney Hayden, and Kristen Walker for earning DISTINGUISHED ratings at Solo and Ensemble.
