Dear Parents,

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 7-11 this year.  You are invited to participate in Teacher Appreciation Day for LOHS to be celebrated on Tuesday, May 8.  We will be preparing for 80 faculty and staff.

Please bring your goodies to be set up in the Teachers’ Workroom between 6:30 and 7:30 on May 8.   The Teachers’ Workroom is located across from the cafeteria.  The front doors should be unlocked by 6:30 that morning.

Please make every attempt to get your brunch items to school during this 6:30 – 7:30 time period so the faculty and staff can partake of the goodies before they start classes at 7:30.

Please email me at jane.williams@mccracken.kyschools.us to let me know what you would like to bring.  The choices are:

  • juice
  • fruit tray/bowl and toothpicks
  • pastries
  • muffins
  • quiche
  • breakfast casserole
  • or your favorite brunch item.

Paper tablecloths, coffee, coffee cups & stir sticks, sweetener/sugar, plates, napkins, cups, forks, and serving utensils will be provided by LOHS.

Your empty dishes may be picked up during school hours or have your son or daughter take them home.

Thank you for your help in making the faculty and staff at LOHS feel appreciated!
